Your real estate agent will be your main point of contact for literally everything when it comes to selling your home.
They’ll help you prep, stage, market, and list your property, as well as communicate on your behalf (and with your best interest in mind) to buyers, agents, inspectors, and appraisers.
It’s kinda a big deal to get this partnership right…just sayin’!
So, before you hire an agent, I recommend asking them these questions:
- – What is your experience in this area and neighborhood?
- – What will be your strategy for marketing the home?
- – What sets you apart from other agents?
4- What will be your level of communication with me during this process?
5 – What is your level of communication and response time with potential buyers and inquiries on the home?
6 – What is your fee and what does it cover?
7- Are you part of a team, or will I be working with you directly?
8 – Do you have any references I can call?
9 – How will you vet any potential buyers?
